In February 2024, Smiles entered a new phase of its digital transformation with the launch of its redesigned app. I had the joy of leading this project alongside an incredible team of designers and strategic partners who, like me, believe in the power of creating experiences that are simpler, more intuitive, and deeply human.

More than just building components, our goal was to simplify, accelerate, and elevate the
quality of digital experiences. The library became a key piece in the redesign of the group's digital channels.
helping unify journeys, ensure accessibility, and scale delivery with more intelligence and less rework.

Beyond implementation, this initiative helped establish the design system as a culture within
the company — a more collaborative and strategic way of designing, always focused
on what truly matters: people.
