Pupila is a publication that brings together 175 female voices who are transforming design across Latin America. More than just a book, it’s a powerful and sensitive record of the diversity of perspectives, stories, and practices of women who use design as a language of impact, expression, and belonging.
More than just building components, our goal was to simplify, accelerate, and elevate the
quality of digital experiences. The library became a key piece in the redesign of the group's digital channels.
helping unify journeys, ensure accessibility, and scale delivery with more intelligence and less rework.
Beyond implementation, this initiative helped establish the design system as a culture within
the company — a more collaborative and strategic way of designing, always focused
on what truly matters: people.
